Every night Paola Rios rubs cream on her breasts. It was her mother's secret and now Paola carries on the tradition. She won't reveal the name of the cream because it's a family secret. "I feel more relaxed when I use my cream," says Paola. Paola likes to sleep bare. No pajamas, big T-shirts, sweats or nighties. "I like to feel my skin,” confesses Paola, curled up nude. "I enjoy sleeping naked. I feel free.” Paola sleeps belly down and sometimes she wears a bra to bed. When Paola goes out, she likes to dress casually. She attracts a lot of attention from guys when she goes about her business. "I like a guy to be a gentleman," Paola says. "I don't like it when a guy yells out comments about my boobs in the street or makes sounds with his mouth when I walk by. I won't even look because I don't want to reward that with my attention." What is Paola's secret fantasy? "I would like to act in a telenovela [Latin TV soap opera]. I watch them all the time. I know that it will probably never happen but that's my fantasy."
